Return & Exchange Policy – Alycat & Co. Fine Jewelry

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible Products: Most unworn jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and receipts.

• Exclusions: Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, final sale items, and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the item is inspected and approved.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once your return has been received.

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged for a different product of equal or greater value within 15 days.

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods. Alycat & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Defects & Warranty

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• All fine jewelry is covered under our limited warranty, which protects against manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or damage due to misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or engraved jewelry

• Altered or resized pieces not done by Alycat & Co.

• Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@alycatco2.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will provide detailed return instructions.
